Welcome to The Bali Physio!
We are a physiotherapy and rehabilitation center with 4 locations in Bali (Seminyak, Kerobokan,Pererenan and Uluwatu) and 1 location in Jakarta (FX Sudirman)
Established in early December 2018, our focus is to provide high-quality and accessible treatments for some of the most common sports and non-sports related injuries such as low back pain, bad posture, sciatica, limited mobility, ACL tear, Golfer’s elbow, neck & shoulder strain, etc.
At The Bali Physio, our licensed and experienced physiotherapists use some of the latest equipments combined with a set of specific post-therapy exercises to treat clients ranging from athletes, surfers, elderly, and daily workers.

Functional Movement Assessment
A series of 7 full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement such as bending & squatting in those with known musculoskeletal pain. Through clinical assessment, we identify impairments that may seem unrelated to the main musculoskeletal complaint, but contribute to the associated disability.
Post Surgery Rehabilitation
Post surgery requires rehabilitation to stimulate muscles & regain strength. With our experienced physiotherapists at The Bali Physio, you'll learn the best & safest way to do daily activities like walking, bathing, getting dressed & taking care of yourself. You'll be prescribed exercises to strengthen muscles & promoted healing to where you had your surgery.
Sport Injury Rehabilitation
A multi-disciplinary approach to prevent, evaluate & treat injuries. Initial treatment involves reducing pain & promoting healing. Once pain & swelling reduces, progressive reconditioning treatment begins. This helps athletes effectively treat pain & return to initial performance.
Designed to help athletes before, during & after training, sport massage reduces stress & tension that build up in the soft tissues during exercise. It works by stretching tight muscles & stimulating inactive muscles to improve the condition of soft tissue. Sport massage helps increase flexibility, prevent injuries & promote healing.
